Refund policy
At Shavi International, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions.
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details, including your order number and reason for return.
Non-returnable items include:
- Personal care and beauty products (due to hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
- Used, damaged, or altered products
Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refunds will be initiated after the returned item is received and inspected. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or proof.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
